Transfer Policy

The purpose of having a transfer guideline is to allow members to adhere to a very specific set of guidelines whilst conducting transfers, and also for potential/incoming transferee to understand how the transfer system works in IAF.

Chapter 1 - General Transfer Guideline

  • One may not transfer into IAF for more than 3 times, and may not receive an offer higher than their previously employed rank, or previous rank offered. Declining the rank offered does not count as a transfer
  • If one transfers out after he/she has accepted the offer given, it will count as a transfer
  • One is required to, to their best knowledge, answer and state their experience truthfully whenever asked or requested, falsification of experience or information will result in disciplinary actions, which includes, but not limited to minimally a demotion of rank
  • One is required to provide active Habbo references, proof of work or actual ownership of an account whenever requested to verify the experience - Failure to do so will result in the experience not being taken into consideration for a rank offer. Should the Habbo whom the transferee indicated as reference isn't credible himself, the experience will not be taken into consideration
One may only be given an offer if one fulfills the following requirements:
  • The organisation that one is transferring from MUST have at least 300 members on their main badge
  • One must be in the main ID badge for more than 7 days and be in the highest rank/division badge for more than 5 days from the day of transfer
  • One must NOT be fired or placed in the do not transfer/national punishment list of the previous organization otherwise he should speak to the Transfer Affairs(TA), -Habbo name-

Sub-Chapter 1.2 - Transfer Guideline for Incoming Transferee

  • One must ensure that they have provided the latest, honest and most accurate information to their knowledge when asked during the transfer process
  • If an agency is closed and there are no available proof of the agency's existence, one will be required to get a 2iC+ from the agency to vouch of their rank
  • One must ensure that they fill in the Transfer Declaration Form provided by the Transfer-er should he accept the rank offered
  • One must ensure that they have read and understood clearly of the terms and conditions of their transfer, including the rank offered, what is expected of them and any special conditions should there be any
  • One must consent to a background check conducted by the External Affairs(EA) & Internal Administrative Team(IAT), and must comply with all instructions and orders by superior ranking officers
  • One must ensure that they remain online and contactable by any officer of the Internal Affairs Team within 30 days of their transfer

Sub-Chapter 1.3 - Transfer Guideline for Employees

  • Members who are ranked 2iC and above are automatically granted transfer privileges, whereby they are limited to the highest offer of -Rank- of the -Division-
  • Members who are ranked above 5iC and below 2iC are eligible for transfer privileges upon passing a test, they are limited to the highest offer of -Rank- of the -Division-
  • Members of Transfer Affairs(TA) are limited to the highest offer of -Rank- of the -Division-, or the first rank of 1 division lower than their current division, whichever is lower
  • The Deputy Chief of TA is limited to the highest offer of a position within the -4th iC Division- (4iC)
  • The Chief of TA is limited to the highest offer of a position within the -3rd IC Division- (3iC)
  • Members who are ranked 1iC and above are limited to the highest offer of a position within the -4th iC Division- (4iC)
All members who've offered a rank MUST ask the transferee to fill in a Transfer Declaration Form after the offer is accepted and inform the via Discord.

Chapter 2 - Transfer Impacting Factors

Numerous factors may impact a transfer process; a transfer process may be terminated or the rank offered may be adjusted (Higher/Lower) within 30 days of a said transfer whenever deemed necessary by the Deputy/Chief of TA, Chief Director of IAT or any member of the Foundation of IAF.
Some of the common factors are as follows:
  • Failure to adhere to instructions/orders by superiors
  • Failure to respond to the officers of the Internal Administrative Team (IAT)
  • Falsification (Experience, Discharges etc.)
  • Security Threat
Members who have recently transferred into IAF are to ensure that they do not dabble into illegal activities or mafia related activities as they are often grounds for instant termination of employment.
