Roles and Responsibilities
Trial(s)
Trials are undergoing training and learning how to become full-fledged External Affairs Members.
Full Members
They are responsible for being the first main contact of their assigned allies organization.
Overseers
They are the most senior EA Members. They will be tasked with training new trial members and working with the assigned agencies with their respective full members.
Requirements
The External Affairs accepting new members to join. The rank requirement to join EA Team is Supervisor+
External Affairs maintains and seeks alliances with respective agencies while ensuring the interests of the International Army Force. They uphold the treaty and alliance agreements made by the leadership of both agencies.
Priorities
- Fluent communication with alliances when visiting and helping with population.
- Recruiting and reviewing new alliances
- Hosting and attending events which alliance members may attend.
- Handling allied organization or members queries and situations.
Leadership
Ownership Overseer: Vacant
Director(1iC): Vacant
The Director of EA seek alliances, ensuring the smoothness of everyday communication between allies, managing the National Punishment List
Deputy Director (2iC): Vacant
The Deputy Director of EA assists the 1iC with managing the National Punishment list, ensuring smooth communication with allies, recruitment, assigning representatives and representing the director upon their absence.
Assistant Director(3iC): Vacant
The assistant director of EA is a participant of decision making at the leadership level, managing of this department and all of the duties, ensuring smooth communication with allies and recruitment.
Requirements to Join
- Must be in the Supervisor Division or above, however all ranks will be reviewed.
- No recent disciplinary.
- Has professionalism, good communication skills and be approachable.
Alliance Requirements
The Organization must:
- Contain at least 500-1000 members in the main groups badge.
- Not harbour any members from the International Army Force National Punishment list.
- Have a well-established External Affairs team that can create clear communications
- Not Have an association with any mafia or groups that breaks agency rules.
- Have active headquarters and functional day-to-day operations.
- Be Operating for at least 2-3months.
