IAF - Transfer Affairs

The Rank Requirement is Supervisor+

Overview

The Transfer Affairs department is the front line administrative side of the agency. The team deal with individuals that are interested to transfer to our agency and is mainly responsible for checking the eligibility of the individual and offering the correct ranks. They are also tasked with conducting training for the newly transferred individuals.

Transfer Eligibility

  • The transferee must have at least 200 members in their agency's main ID badge.
  • Transferee must have all badges up to their current rank.
  • Transferee must NOT be fired or be placed on the DnT/NP lists of the previous organisation otherwise, he/she should speak to a TAiC
  • Transferee are to not be in/associated with any Mafia Organisations/Association

Transfer Executive

The Transfer Executive is the Chief/Leader of this Dept. The bearer of this position ensures that the dept. runs smoothly and that all operations are carried out professionally. He/She oversees the activities and logs of TA and ensures that everything is in order. The Executive holds the highest authority in TA and may deem someone onto the Do Not Transfer(DNT) list if seen fit

Transfer Adviser

Staff: Vacant
The Transfer Adviser is the Assistant of the Transfer Executive and oversees the Dept. in his/her absence. The Adviser will help to ensure that Trial Members are cleared of any doubts during their training period and provides constructive feedback based on their observations. The Adviser ensures the professionalism of the Dept. with proper ranks being issued out.

Senior Member

The Senior Members are a group of chosen personnel within TA that has shown good performance and experience being in the Dept. They are to assist with guiding new members and conducting lessons for them

Member

As a Member, their role within the Dept. is to promote transfer offers and to present a professional yet fun impression of IAF to any possible transferee.

Trial Member

Trial Members will undergo a 2 week Trial Period. During the first week they are required to attain lessons conducted by either the Executive, Adviser or Senior Member. In the second week, it is when they begin their field task and will conduct transfers with a TA Member's supervision.
