Online Platform Policy
This policy is instituted to ensure that our Online Platforms such as Discord, etc are organized and to keep our members protected out of harm's way or any possible threat.
General Regulations
- All messages sent in discord chats should be kept appropriate for all ages
- There should not be any defaming or leaking of another person's personal information unless granted permission to by that person
- Usage of profanities should be kept at a minimal, this is to keep the channel appropriate for all ages
- Messages unrelated to Habbo should be sent into either the Random, Memes, Media, etc respectively of what they are
- Every discord member is to follow the discord policy and will be given up to 3 warnings or be kicked from the server depending on the severity
- No asking/hinting for pay, promo, admin rights or donations in any channel of the servers
- Any and everyone on the server should be treated with respect and equality. This includes our Special Visitors
- Insulting another member on the server is strictly not tolerated and will be dealt with based on the severity of the situation that happened
- If you find anyone causing an issue on discord/habbo and breaking any rules. It should be reported to a (iCs) Member immediately
- Leaking of information from our server will result in a punishment appropriate to how severe the information being is
Special Visitors & Public
- They will gain access to the Public Category of the discord server
- They are to follow all Online Platform Policy Regulation stated above in Section A
- They are to be respectful to the members of the Discord Server no matter the conflict they have with anyone
- They are allowed to make a report of a user being rude to them with valid screenshots to any Command(iC) Members
- If Public or SV members do not follow the Discord Policy they may be given 3 warnings or be kicked from the server depending on the severity
- They are allowed to provide feedback and suggestions in the Discord Server
In Command Disciplinary
- Offences that are conducted by a 5iC+ should only be investigated by a 1iC of DR together with 2 other members from 2iC+; otherwise, the offence will be investigated by a member of the Foundation
- Offences that are conducted by a 3iC+ should be investigated by a member of the Foundation
Discharge Policy
There are 4 types of discharges, namely: Honorable, Dishonorable & Veteran.
Those that has been given the status of either Honorably Discharged or Veteran are to follow the Policies and CoC of IAF at all times when visiting or communicating within our Discord Server.
The statuses aren't permanent and may be revoked/removed if the Policies & CoC aren't followed within the jurisdiction of IAF.
Honorably Discharge
- Honorable Discharge may be earned when one resigns from the agency after serving in it for at least 2 Months
- Honorary Discharge will allow the member to remain as a Member in the Discord Server
- They must have at least conducted 200 Training and Given out 600 Promotions to be considered as an Honorary Discharge
Dishonorably Discharged(DD)
- To be Dishonorably Discharged is when one breaks the CoC severely to be issued a fire which will then be known as a "DD"
- People placed on "DD" will be placed on National Punishment for 3 Months from the date of being DD-ed
- They may choose to return into the agency after the 3 Months with an "Appeal of Reconciliation"
- They will be placed under Observation for a Period of 2 Weeks upon return in the division of -Division name-
Veteran
- The Veteran status may be earned once a member has been a part of the agency for at least 6 Months before stepping down into what is known as "Retirement"
- Other requirements on top of the 8 Months are:
- Conducted at least 450 Training
- Given Out at least 900 Promotions
- The Veteran status will give the member VIP, SV and Discord Access
- Once a Veteran, the member may not join another agency for a period of 3 Months. If caught doing so their status will be revoked and removal from VIP, SV and Discord Access
- They may also additional request to join the Veteran badge owned by Founder-K
Resignation & Retirement Policy
Resignation
- All employee employed within IAF are allowed to resign at any point in time, so long as they adhere to the resignation policy
- Employees ranked from -Division- shall fill up the Resignation Declaration form
- An employee ranked below -Division- shall inform their Departmental Command and any member of the Internal Affair Team (IAT) of their resignation, minimally 1 hour before their resignation
- An employee ranked above SM, but isn't above the rank of Chief Executive, shall inform their Departmental Command, and the Deputy Chief of IAT of their resignation, minimally 4 hours before their resignation
- An employee ranked 5iC, below the rank of 3iC shall inform their Founder Rep. Team and the Chief of IAT of their resignation, minimally 24 hours before their resignation
- An employee ranked above 3iC shall inform their Founder Rep. Team, the Chief of IAT and a member of the Foundation of their resignation minimally 3 days before their resignation
An employee that has adhered to the resignation policy are given a "Honorable Discharge", and is eligible to be reinstated at -1 rank to -3 division, as per the Administrative Command.
- Employee who were previously ranked below -Division- shall speak to any member of the IAT for a reinstatement
- Employees who were previously ranked above -division- but below-rank- shall speak to the Deputy Chief of IAT for a reinstatement
- Employees who were previously ranked 4iC & above, but below 2iC, shall speak to the Chief of IAT for a reinstatement
- Employees who were previously ranked 2iC and above shall speak to a Foundation member for a reinstatement
Retirement Policy
- Any employee who've served IAF for more than 2 Months are eligible for retirement, as long as they are above the rank of-rank- of the -Division-
- Any employee who has less than 4 Months will not be instituted as a Veteran but is Honorably Discharged, they must however, also meet the requirements to be Honorably Discharged
- If it falls below that of 2 Months, they will be given the status of "Retired". They may however appeal for a Veteran Status with the form. This will then be looked into by Foundation and IAT to decide upon whether the employee deserves the status of Veteran. It will take a minimum of 2 weeks to a Month
- There are 3 levels of retirement, each having different benefits - Distinguished Veteran, Honorable Veteran and Veteran; The level of retirement benefits is as per the contribution of the individual
- The Chief of IAT is allowed to grant the title of Honorable Veteran - Only Foundation is allowed to grant the title of Distinguished Veteran
Requirements to achieve each Veteran Level
- Veteran - Have worked at least 6 Months within IAF
- Distinguished Veteran - Have worked at least 8 Months within IAF
- Honorable Veteran - Have worked at least 12 Months within IAF
- Honorably Discharged - If retirement is less than 6 Months of working in IAF
- Veteran Appeal - If you are entitled to be Honorably discharged and have at least 4 Months of service towards IAF you may Appeal for veteran
All members that are receiving the retirement benefits are to follow a set of retirement regulations, in which not adhering to it will result in removal of retirement benefits and status.
Retirement Regulations
- Retired Employees are not allowed to work at another organisation for at least 2 Months, if they do, they are to contact a member of the IAT, and forgo their retirement benefits
- Retired Employees shall not converse or communicate on behalf, or as employees of IAF
- Retired Employees shall not engage in illegal warfare, or warfare of any kind (Intelligence etc)
- Retired Employees shall not take part in illegal activities, or be affiliated with any
- Retired Employees are not expected to glorify IAF but they are also not allowed to defame IAF in any way to any personnel or organization
Retirement Processing
- An employee who are above the rank of -rank-, but below the rank of-rank- shall speak to any member of the IAT to arrange their retirement benefits
- An employee who is 4iC, but below the rank of 2iC shall speak to BOTH the Founder Rep. of the IAT to arrange their retirement benefits
- An employee who is above the rank of 2iC shall speak to BOTH the IAT and a member of the Foundation to arrange their retirement benefits
Retirement Benefits
All one time payment takes 2 weeks to process, please do not contact the IAT beforehand, otherwise payment may be revoked.
Veteran Benefits:
Acceptance into the Veteran Badge + permitted entry into HQ + permitted to remain in IAF Discord.
One time payment of 0c to 30c retirement bonus.
[Veterans are must have served a minimum of 6 Months and are not permitted to enter the VIP and training rooms of IAF]
(Reinstatement at -1 rank to -3 division)
Honorable Veterans:
All Veteran Benefits + Permitted entry into VIP + Permitted to enter training rooms of IAF
One time payment of 0c to 70c retirement bonus.
[Must have served a minimum of 8 Months]
(Reinstatement at -1 rank to -2 division)
Distinguished Veteran:
All Honorable Veterans benefits + Permitted to use colored chat (Yellow) in base.
One time payment of 5c to 100c retirement bonus.
[Must have served a minimum of 10 Months]
(Reinstatement at -0 rank to -2 division, reinstated by a Foundation Member)
